Alternate Nostril Breathing Exercise

This week’s #toolsforinnerpeace is a #pranayama exercise called #nadishodhana also known as #alternatenostrilbreathing which rejuvenates your nervous system and equalizes the flow of oxygen to both hemispheres of your #brain. Practice the single round explained in the video above 5-10 times until you feel a sense of peace wash over your heart and mind. 4 Count Breathing

Here is a simple 4-count breathing exercise to help find a sense of peace and serenity within. #toolsforinnerpeace
