Inner Peace Coaching
Throughout our five weeks together, we’re going to dive deep… real deep. The first step towards inner peace is identifying the aspects of your life that you are unsatisfied with. This will allow us to zero in on key areas and discover the root cause of what is holding you back from making REAL change. The second step is creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that fills you with intention, energy and love. It's time to put in the work on a daily basis. Each week we will recap what you're struggling and winning at, then adjust your daily plan accordingly. Self love is the the third and final step. By the end of the five weeks, my main goal for you is to simply love yourself. When we love who we are; we are confident, positive and fearless as we venture down life's journey. That's not to say there won't be speed bumps along the way, however I'll be there with you to honestly talk about whatever comes up.

Five weeks of self-discovery that integrates ancient wisdom traditions, positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques. I work with my clients to establish a concrete plan toward uncovering their path to happiness.

Assessment of what peace and happiness mean to you
Ayurveda Quiz to determine dosha
Week 1: 90-minute meeting (in person) to review results from welcome email quizzes, identify stories that may be preventing you from happiness and living your Dharma, life purpose, and determine three practical tools for inner peace to practice over the upcoming week.
Week 2: 60-minute meeting (over skype or zoom or in person) focused on evaluating the effectiveness of three tools implemented over the previous week. We will dive deeper into three obstacles to goals or happiness and refine your structured daily plan that addresses the mind, body and spirit. My goal is align your energy with your desired feelings.

Week 3: 60-minute meeting (over skype or zoom or in person) to discuss previous week and create a structured plan for upcoming three weeks to put in the required 21-days to create new habits that stick. Concentrate on one of the three key obstacles identified in first meeting.
Week 4: 60-minute meeting (over skype or zoom or in person) to discuss previous week and concentrate on the second obstacle identified in first meeting.
Week 5: 60-minute meeting (over skype or zoom or in person) concentrating on the third obstacle identified in first meeting. Final review of previous five weeks and how to create sustainable change in your life going forward.
I am here to motivate and encourage you, but it is up to you to complete the weekly assignments and believe that transformation is possible.
